Here are a few Tips:
* Machine Washable 30-40 degree normal cycle is good.
* Use a Cool Iron or Iron at low temperatures.
* Wash with like Colours.
* Do not Tumble Dry.
* Do Not Bleach.
* To extend the life of your garment, wash in detergent designed for Wool as opposed to normal domestic powders which have a high Ph.
